Face-free industrial factory workflow for Enhans Agent OS and industry packs, Sep 17 2026

Enhans ₩51.2B Series C — Agent OS + strategic chaebol investors

From Mexico — don’t twin this with Comp AI’s compliance ops raise. Seoul Economic Daily reports Enhans raised ₩51.2 billion (~$37 million) in a Series C for an enterprise Agent OS — linking scattered company data and business rules so agents can run real tasks — plus “industry packs” that encode sector rules. The USD figure is Sedaily’s approx; I’m keeping KRW primary and not inventing a FX proof.

Total funding to date: ₩81 billion, per the same piece. Soft name check only: this is Enhans (Seoul), not Hang Ten Systems.

Agent OS + industry packs — as Sedaily lists

Per Sedaily, Agent OS is built to avoid dependence on any single AI model and is being applied across manufacturing, finance, retail, and the public sector. Proceeds go to upgrade data, process, and execution infrastructure; develop industry packs for manufacturing, finance, retail, and government; strengthen security and governance; recruit global talent; and broaden the overseas customer and partner base. I’m sticking to that list — no invented customer counts, ARR, or feature matrices.

₩51.2B Series C — Timefolio + Stonebridge

Sedaily: the round was co-led by existing shareholder Timefolio Asset Management and new investor Stonebridge Ventures, with IMM Investment and STIC Ventures joining as new investors. Existing shareholders also followed on.

POSCO, LG CNS, Lotte Ventures — first strategic

The same report flags first-time strategic shareholders: POSCO Technology Investment, LG CNS, and Lotte Ventures — affiliates of POSCO, LG, and Lotte groups that Sedaily says already use Enhans solutions. It calls this the first time affiliates of client groups have made a strategic investment in the company. Attribute that customer→investor loop to Sedaily; I’m not inventing deal sizes inside those groups.

ACT-2 color — labeled, light

Sedaily also notes Enhans’ ACT-2 action agent (operates websites/software like a person) ranked second globally in the automated evaluation category of Online-Mind2Web in August. That’s a reported benchmark placement via Sedaily — color only, not a bake-off I verified independently.

My takeaway

From Mexico, the narrow read: Enhans’ ₩51.2B (~$37M) Series C (Timefolio + Stonebridge; IMM, STIC; POSCO Tech Invest / LG CNS / Lotte Ventures strategic; ~₩81B total) is Agent OS plus industry packs with a customer-to-shareholder loop — enterprise task agents, not Comp AI’s continuous compliance tooling, and not Ferry’s care-booking domain.
